Post 304 is named in honor of 1st Lt. Albert Marshall LaBree Jr. USMC, the first resident of Dania Beach to die in service to his country during WWII. Post 304 received it's charter from the American Legion in 1949 and serves under the American Legion Department of Florida Southern Area 9th District.
